These people DON’T CARE and LIE!!! Rep William Flavin LIES about possible approval and wasted 5 days of my time. He essentially told me that they needed 1 peice of info from my Attorneys and the Yes or No would not disqualify from a loan. He proceeds to email the wrong department and doesn’t respond back to my messages for another day or so, to then finally email the right person by the 5th day. He then immediately disqualified me from a loan. Instantly, even tho he said that info would NOT disqualify me. He wasted so much of my time trying to hold me back from getting funding from another company. This behavior is just sickening when someone is looking for HELP!

Greatly appreciate it. I just want to say these people have good hearts ❤️and they are very understanding & easy to work with. Plus I never had any problems getting multiple loans. Go with a company who is genuinely willing to help thanks Golda and William you guys are amazing

The only reason I gave you five stars… The only reason I gave you five stars is because of Sharon. Great personality, wonderful to deal with, and very dedicated with great interpersonal skills. Other than that, I think your company philosophy is to take advantage of those in need. That is your only purpose. I fully intend to show my paperwork to my congressman, and I can’t imagine in these days that something will not be done about your predatory and Usery practices.
