GBin starting a will i did not include all my accounts in starting a will i did not include the 20% off. i sent a request and have not seen a response so i’m in limbo about finishing. Also not clear on how the updating works.

GBExcellent experience Excellent! Customer service manager Vincent was very responsive to my situation. I had omitted a couple of things and needed to re-access. He went out of his way and walked me through the process. Service is very fairly priced with an excellent template.

GBIt was easy to complete the simple will… It was easy to complete the simple will for my state, but I had questions about how to edit the document and how to make changes that were not identified in the drop-down boxes.After three days, I have received no reply.

GBVery easy to navigate Very easy to navigate. The only downside was the inability to make changes after reviewing and paying for the will, but before it was signed. I did not see anything that told me that changes were not possible after I got it all filled out. Otherwise, I'd give Wills.com 5 stars.

GBAn easy process to begin a necessary task. The process was easy and an efficient way to start the process of making a will. I like that I can update whenever or if I need to do so. Additionally, I thought the price was reasonable. Both my parents died without a will, and it was not pretty. I promised myself that I would not follow suit. I've already made financial assurances; this will is the last thing, I needed to do to address property and other bequests.
