This company was gracious since I couldn't use their services in court. Although I wasn't successful in winning in my case, they were courteous and generous to refund some of my money.

He then stated I should read the email, call back, he then hung up the phone. That let me know everything I needed

Unfortunately, I could not use them and ended up having to hire an attorney, but the information and guidance I received was spot-on to get me what I needed to by time.
