They did nothing wrong and I still have… They did nothing wrong and I still have to wait if my ticket gets dismissed. They did not use any other explanation except what I provided and said it should be dismissed because I did not cross the double line…sorry, but I did cross the double line. As of now I think it’s a waist of money, because no effort was made to support my decision why I crossed..but I will update.

Pay attention!!! It was a little hard to navigate the web page, but the people that I talk to where very helpful and informative. With what they told me I thought I was going to be ok, but no, I think that maybe I did something wrong, they did do what they said they would do so, who knows. 😊

They were nice and friendly but … They were nice and friendly but this was a huge waste of money. All they do is type a letter for you, there is NO representation. Ticket was NOT dismissed, was NOT reduced and I still have to do driving school (an additional cost). Find one that guarantees a win or you dont pay :( i gave then $200 for literally NOTHING

Excellent customer service! The customer service is excellent! They explained it all and I got my documentation the next day! Then they notified me immediately when my court date was extended (I had no clue until I checked my ticket online today 5/1 and saw the email). Thank you!
