Turns out, I put in the wrong email address. He got it changed over in their system and helped me through changing the password so I could access by dashboard. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin? First, I am a stay-at-home mom with a small business that makes very little money, and they scammed $2,764 out of me despite their website saying it costs $249 for their deluxe package. Nothing on their website says anything about any additional fees that accompany their services, and these fees were never discussed with me prior. Do not trust them; do not do business with them. Learn from my mistakes and either file your stuff by yourself or find someone else to do it because you'll lose more money than it actually takes to file anything.

So,far So,far, everything has been carried out as promised. No issues, excellent service, and much sooner than we anticipated, my 8-digit serial number was issued and posted on the USPTO website.

It's a scam It's a scam. They charged me for trademark services using ArtnArtstudios as the merchant. They use they paperwork they create to "show" the credit card companies to avoid charge-backs.
