When I was advised about the assistance… When I was advised about the assistance available I was told that it was a minimal of $500 that along with the offer in the amount of however I was only offered a $250 advance. I was given the wrong information. I was also given the wrong information about interest rates and payment. buckeye did work rather quickly to get an approval and to send a check out however it's an inconvenience that they do not verify checks on weekends and they charge a $25 fee to have the check sent out. I understand the convenience of the surface however this is almost highway robbery the way they go about giving the loans to those who are obviously in a strenuous situation. I hope that I'm never in a situation that I am currently in facing legal issues from a car accident. If ever I were in a situation such as this one in the future I would try to utilize someone else if I got into an emergency situation and needed funds before my case settled. Buckeye did not provide very much convenient assistance such as other companies out there in completion.

Great to have this option if you need it. I managed to make it 14 months total out of work due to an accident with help from friends and family. I had only been back to work a few months when Covid 19 hit and now found myself out of work again along with some of the family members who have helped me. It was was nice to have this option when I really needed it and the process was fast and easy.

Rachael Garrett was excellent Compared to the 2 other companies I spoke with that do this kind of thing, Buckeye was the gold standard. 2 didn’t reply at all. The 2 that did, aside from Buckeye, we’re staffed by people who didn’t know their own program. Contradicted themselves, and had no qualms about raising their voices. Rachael Garrett with Buckeye was excellent.

This place is a NIGHTMARE I only loaned… This place is a NIGHTMARE I only loaned $1500 I request to pay it back in installments or in full they said no it has to be paid out of your settlement which is crazy that can take years. So yes buckeye robbed me for $10000 off a $1500 loan yeah yall sick I hate this company

I feel victimised The communication with your agent is not very informative (anytime you talk) so its pointless and aggravating. The process (for me anyways) took WAY longer than it should of (confirmed by my lawyer and even my Buckeye agent) meaning almost 2 weeks instead of 2 days. And I'm yet I'm forced to pay literally HALF of my asking amount back in interest alone, for an "emergency loan" that didn't even help me with my emergency because it took them so long to get it to me. Only reason I even gave it one star is because I actually ended up with SOME money out of all of it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !
