No Bueno Greg was always fast to answer my emails and very polite (which is the only reason for two stars) although I do NOT think the company made a true effort to get the product to me. The refund was very slow in coming and only came after countless reminders over several months that I was waiting for it. The refund was far less than I paid for the product, but in the end I was grateful to get ANYTHING back and I just want to move on.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE! As previous reviews have stated, they take your money and don't send the goods. If they do respond to email, it's to make false promises about the items being shipped. Criminals who need shutting down.

Been waiting for TWO WHOLE MONTHS for my order And despite numerous emails promising it "will be sent on Monday" from somebody called Jose, still no sign and I'm pretty fed up of waiting for my order to come. It's so infuriating!

Get an import certificate! While buying the drug i needed was a bit complicated, its not a surprise as it is not for sale in the UK. Greg was always helpful and polite, even when, as a result of reviews on this site, i asked him for a picture of the drugs on the shelf! ( the picture arrived 5 minutes later. If you are ordering medicines, check with your home government to see if an inport certificate is required, as it is likely that if one is, and you dont get one ( often via your vet) then the package will be seized. Lastly, if the drugs are important to you or your pet, pay the extra for the courier. It still took a week to get to the UK but i could track it, and it got here

Do NOT use Wilderstore, they are a rip off! Ordered dog shampoo and wormers on 06/07/14 and still waiting! Sent numerous emails and no response. No communication at all from them! Do NOT use Wilderstore as they will take your money but never send your items and rip you off,
