GBCommunication could be better. Much better. I bought some bourbon barrel pieces for smoking for their website (they also have an Etsy store too) The product was fine and as expected. My original order include some other items. It seems when you order from a mobile phone it doesn't show you that items are out of stock. Matt ( I presume the owner) quickly email me to inform me that they were out of stock and he would refund the difference. All good. But he has ignored all me emails communication since. Maybe he didn't think it was important enough to warrant a response. Maybe on a more important matter he would have. I did receive an automatic email stating that due to current restrictions they are taking longer to reply than usual, I know people are busy but a one line email take seconds. I received over 400 email a day and am able to action / respond to every one. Be interesting if he responds to this.
