Hired and paid company to file… Hired and paid company to file trademark. Took my money and never filed.Scam company per USPTO. Stay away!!!

Fraudulent company (as identified by USPTO) Fraudulent company - avoid at all costs. We secured their services to make a trademark application on our behalf. They charged us for 5 class submissions ($350 per), and only applied for one. Our trademark application was then denied, and according to documentation from the USPTO, US Trademark Solutions was listed as one of many fraudulent companies that are scamming individuals as part of a larger ring of scams. Upon contacting them, they claimed the denial was in error and that for an additional $1,500 they could remedy the issue. Stay away!
