Read and Do not use this company Do not use this company. I changed my mind within 72 hours and they refused to refund me my $100 because I took my time to filling out their standard questionnaire. They claimed the “lawyers” had already started working by simply providing access to the questionnaire. How is that fair or true when it’s a standard questionnaire? I work hard for my money. This is a company that appears to be based in and a foreign country and appears to be preying on people who do not do their research when it comes to divorce. Everything that they are offering, you can do yourself, using most Legal Apps and your county courthouse to file. They put so much jargon and criteria in their refund policy that you absolutely can’t get your money back, even after 5 minutes, even though they say you can and will. I’ve waited all this time and never got a refund. The same lady with an accent answers the phone and emails every time you email or call. In my opinion, this company is taking money and not doing anything for it, or at the least, very little. Some people may have gotten divorced, but I would propose that the company is making more money off of the people who change their minds and are refused refunds for whatever reasons. When people actually realize that a divorce is going to cost a lot more than they are indicating, and they might as well get a low cost attorney, they’ve already basically donated $100 dollars or $200 if they’ve made both payments to this “Company”. The worse thing of all is that I have no idea who’s hands all of my and my spouse’s personal information has ended up in, so I’m constantly on guard and worried. Do not use this company!!!!
