Avoid this place at any cost. Avoid this place at any cost. They claim to offer a five star experience , but they lack any basilar service of civil life. The heating in the room is not working , the room is really cold, and you can’t even take a hot shower , since the hot water is not working. I had to wash myself with cold water, and that is not pleasant on December. They have a WhatsApp number you can talk to, but it is totally pointless, they just pretend everything is fine in the apartment and that they will check. Spoiler: they won’t check. I asked for a partial refund of the rent, since the experience was really unacceptable. They said “ I’ll let you know.” Spoiler: they won’t let you know.
