GBThese lawyers are incompetent thieves These lawyers are incompetent thieves. Not only did they ignore me for two months after taking my money, they told me they couldn’t perform the service originally hired to perform. Then, due to their inability to correctly do their jobs, realized they could perform the services after 3 employees told me that I’ll be receiving a refund next week. I have since been ignored for 2+ months. They stole my $950 from me and are now ignoring me. I am filing a formal Bar complaint as well as BBB complaint against every partner in the firm in every state they practice law. I’ve never experienced anyone conducting business this poorly. Completely avoid these crooks.

GBWipe record dragged me along for a… Wipe record dragged me along for a total of 25 months. 4 case managers, 3 different legal secretaries and no one was able to solidify a hearing for me. Do not waste your money, very incompetent company and staff. Wasted my money, time & breath.

GBWipe Records Stole Our Money 4 years waiting to fix an issue and wipe records stole my money, along with other peoples money! The so called "guarantee" they said, is nothing but a huge lie! I've been emailing them left and right, then the last message from Sam Eastman said that he was going to contact me that following Monday. I waited until Wednesday that week because I was busy and all of a sudden, all emails and phone numbers do not work! BREACH OF CONTRACT! They all lied! They never sent papers out or called any place. Nothing but excuses came from everyone who I got in contact with. I have ALL the emails!

GBI paid them the fee ro get my record… I paid them the fee ro get my record expunged, qnd now I can't even get a return text from them on my case. I cannot access their website, cannot get any information from them, or get a return message. I'm about to contact the BBB and report them for fraud and scams.

GBAbsolutely no communication I hired this firm on 06/22/23. I haven't heard back from them since that day. I requested support to log into the portal they provided to check the status several times and received 0 replies. No returned emails or phone calls despite repeated requests. They haven't done anything for case or provided any updates. Update : It seems like there has been a drastic overhaul with the the way this company is handling its clients. They are being responsive and updating me whenever necessary now.
