GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam! DO NOT USE!!!! I was originally told I HAD to file my trademark in two categories. Which is a lie. Then told 24 hour turn around. Never happened. Contacted them 3 times by phone and told each time another 48 hours. Never happened. Do yourself a favor and save the headache and go with another company. This company is a total scam and lie!

GBScam Trademark Company They are a scam. I registered and paid the amount but i didn't received the promised service and also i have been overcharged by the company.

GBSCAM ! We paid them $1095 on August 19, 2022 to submit application on behalf of us. After we paid, they never provided us a serial number for our application after many follow ups via emails. They only showed us a receipt saying serial number "to be advised" (now I know it's a fake info) We called them on 3/20/2023 to ask for an update and serial number. The guy named Gerald Roberts told us to pay for maintenance package of $1199 (the least amount) to get updates or else our application will be rejected because no one will handle our case. However, in the previous emails, they mentioned that the serial number will be available at the time of filing and nowhere mentioned maintenance package fee in the email. So now they want more than $1000 again to get updates, meanwhile they are unwilling to provide us a serial number but mentioning in the email serial number is generated.

GBCan't reach them Just like the review below me, I am unable to reach them. They were quick to respond and seemed legit when I first arrived on their website. The customer chat was very active and now it is gone. I had a rep communicating to me via text message and now just disappear. The most crucial step for me was to obtain a serial number so I can become a brand on Amazon. The date I was told this would happen is now almost 2 weeks PAST. Their phone numbers are either disconnected or have a strange AUTO "all lines are busy" message and then the call drops instantly. No response from e-mail or Facebook Messages or texts. I hope that they will see this review and the person below me and fix these issues.
