GBI would give them negative stars if I… I would give them negative stars if I could. They promised to handle my taxes and the supposed money I owed and I never heard from them or any updates since I made payments, the state threatened to put a lien on my account and checks over six months ago, I communicated, sent them copies of the letters I received, and my checks are being garnished as of 3 weeks ago. They are now claiming that the state is separate and are attempting to have me sign a new contract with them when this could have all been done and communicated before the lien 6 months ago. This company is disgusting and I am not sure they know what they are doing, I am STILL chasing their "state rep." Down by calling every day when they have been promising to call me back! Save your money and hire somebody else, they are not good at what they do, you are better off using the money they charge to just pay the IRS.
