So bad experience. So bad experience.. They said i was eligible and then i discovered i wasn't. And I had problems with some discrepancies on ancestors name.

IDC located the birth and marriage certificates I needed from Italy, did all my translations, helped with organizing all the documentation, and provided a fair amount of hand-holding as our consulate date approached. Professional and prompt Andre and Tania answered all of my questions at the beginning of the process. I was favorably impressed and decided to use their services. All prices were quoted at the beginning and they did not change throughout the process. They obtained all of the necessary documents. It was a long shot but they delivered! I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted and well deserved. I can't express how happy I am with the service that I received from Tania and Andre. I needed two birth certificates from the late 1800s and was missing some of the most basic information. I had incorrect spellings. I wasn't sure of the places of birth. And I didn't even have a birth date for one of my relatives! Nevertheless, within two months the birth certificates were located and mailed to me.
