Review of IncPlan I have commercial relations with IncPlan USA since the mid 1990s. My industry experience is in the financial industry for almost 40 years, including (international) Trade Finance, Compliance and Investment Banking. Thus, my demand for prime quality professional services must be impeccable and error-free. Based on such experiences and requirements, in my opinion IncPlan is, in many instances, the “benchmark” for providing customized and standard incorporating services for various types of companies, i.e. whether it be a startup or long-established company. Their knowledge and guidance of the requirements of incorporating within various U.S. states and foreign jurisdictions is outstanding. I am very selective in endorsing a product, person(s) or a company, but I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending IncPlan for their products and services.

Disappointing ... really! Clear and fast communication at the beginning of engagement. I received my corporate kit soon after payment. Part of my package was getting my EIN number, which is needed to open a bank account and start selling and collecting payments. My papers were sent to the IRS physically, right before the emergency shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. I waited for almost three months now without any response from Inc Plan. My emails have not been answered and no one answers the phone! I wanted answers especially after finding out from a friend who applied for an EIN after the COVID-19 short shutdown, and has already received his EIN number! From the other ratings I found about inc plan, I can tell that this is not a COVID-19 related matter, but has been the case even prior. As a paying customer, I honestly feel cheated
