A must for entrepreneurs looking to start a company! We had so much troubles finding a reliable company who can help us incorporate our business in the USA. We went trough hundreds of websites. We tried the services of a competitor and we had the worst experience there. We had to fill in and send so many papers and we got lost in the process. Finally we found online Inc. Plan USA. We had a meeting with Michael - one of their agents in person and we had so many questions. Michael answered them all extremely professionally! Honestly it was like a light at the end of a tunnel! Disappointing ... really! Clear and fast communication at the beginning of engagement. I received my corporate kit soon after payment. Part of my package was getting my EIN number, which is needed to open a bank account and start selling and collecting payments. My papers were sent to the IRS physically, right before the emergency shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. I waited for almost three months now without any response from Inc Plan. My emails have not been answered and no one answers the phone! I wanted answers especially after finding out from a friend who applied for an EIN after the COVID-19 short shutdown, and has already received his EIN number! From the other ratings I found about inc plan, I can tell that this is not a COVID-19 related matter, but has been the case even prior. As a paying customer, I honestly feel cheated

I've been working with Inc.Plan USA for a few months now, and they have been extremely accommodating, available 24/7 and kind and patient every single time. They handhold you through the entire process and ensure that all of your questions are answered and then some. I would recommend this company and its staff 100%!
