A must for entrepreneurs looking to start a company! We had so much troubles finding a reliable company who can help us incorporate our business in the USA. We went trough hundreds of websites. Seem to have gone out of business, no response but still take my money I have 2 businesses incorporated through Inc Plan and they were good in the past but now they are not providing services I've paid for, won't reply to emails or pick up the phone and have not offered a refund for services they don't seem to be delivering. I can only assume that they have gone out of business, or if not, are just about to. They certainly will if they treat all their customers in this same manner anyway.
