GBDisappointing ... really! Clear and fast communication at the beginning of engagement. I received my corporate kit soon after payment. Part of my package was getting my EIN number, which is needed to open a bank account and start selling and collecting payments. My papers were sent to the IRS physically, right before the emergency shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. I waited for almost three months now without any response from Inc Plan. My emails have not been answered and no one answers the phone! I wanted answers especially after finding out from a friend who applied for an EIN after the COVID-19 short shutdown, and has already received his EIN number! From the other ratings I found about inc plan, I can tell that this is not a COVID-19 related matter, but has been the case even prior. As a paying customer, I honestly feel cheated

GBSeem to have gone out of business, no response but still take my money I have 2 businesses incorporated through Inc Plan and they were good in the past but now they are not providing services I've paid for, won't reply to emails or pick up the phone and have not offered a refund for services they don't seem to be delivering. I can only assume that they have gone out of business, or if not, are just about to. They certainly will if they treat all their customers in this same manner anyway.
