GBA very professional team!!! I started my first LLC with Inc. Plan and I truly appreciate the professionalism and timely follow-up of the staff assigned to my account. In the meantime I used Inc. Plan to start other two LLC’s and I will absolutely do that with Inc. Plan again!

GBSeem to have gone out of business, no response but still take my money I have 2 businesses incorporated through Inc Plan and they were good in the past but now they are not providing services I've paid for, won't reply to emails or pick up the phone and have not offered a refund for services they don't seem to be delivering. I can only assume that they have gone out of business, or if not, are just about to. They certainly will if they treat all their customers in this same manner anyway.
