Review of IncPlan I have commercial relations with IncPlan USA since the mid 1990s. My industry experience is in the financial industry for almost 40 years, including (international) Trade Finance, Compliance and Investment Banking. Thus, my demand for prime quality professional services must be impeccable and error-free. Based on such experiences and requirements, in my opinion IncPlan is, in many instances, the “benchmark” for providing customized and standard incorporating services for various types of companies, i.e. whether it be a startup or long-established company. Their knowledge and guidance of the requirements of incorporating within various U.S. states and foreign jurisdictions is outstanding. I am very selective in endorsing a product, person(s) or a company, but I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending IncPlan for their products and services.

If there are any questions, there is a live person there ready and willing to help out. We switched some of our other USA companies to Inc. Accomodating helpful staff that know what they offer inside and out. I've been working with Inc.Plan USA for a few months now, and they have been extremely accommodating, available 24/7 and kind and patient every single time. They handhold you through the entire process and ensure that all of your questions are answered and then some. I would recommend this company and its staff 100%!

Seem to have gone out of business, no response but still take my money I have 2 businesses incorporated through Inc Plan and they were good in the past but now they are not providing services I've paid for, won't reply to emails or pick up the phone and have not offered a refund for services they don't seem to be delivering. I can only assume that they have gone out of business, or if not, are just about to. They certainly will if they treat all their customers in this same manner anyway.
