Few Years back i incorporated an LLC … Few Years back i incorporated an LLC through IncPlan and process was very easy and got everything setup before the time....would recommend this company to anyone anytime....

Disappointing ... really! Clear and fast communication at the beginning of engagement. I received my corporate kit soon after payment. Part of my package was getting my EIN number, which is needed to open a bank account and start selling and collecting payments. My papers were sent to the IRS physically, right before the emergency shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. I waited for almost three months now without any response from Inc Plan. My emails have not been answered and no one answers the phone! I wanted answers especially after finding out from a friend who applied for an EIN after the COVID-19 short shutdown, and has already received his EIN number! From the other ratings I found about inc plan, I can tell that this is not a COVID-19 related matter, but has been the case even prior. As a paying customer, I honestly feel cheated

A very professional team!!! I started my first LLC with Inc. Plan and I truly appreciate the professionalism and timely follow-up of the staff assigned to my account. In the meantime I used Inc. Plan to start other two LLC’s and I will absolutely do that with Inc. Plan again!
