I never received a call after my intake… I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.

I called and the person who answered Sorry do not remember her name… I called and the person who answered was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to some one else named Claudia, and she in turn was also vey helpful ,and said the lawyer would call me back. The lawyer called me back and He told me what I needed to do. He was very understanding of my situation . I in turn send all the paper work that they needed. I hope they will be able to help me. Not impressed Since first contact, I've been waiting for someone who said she would be calling me back to get the facts. I had already told the facts you one individual over the phone. So when am I gonna be repeating myself?
