I called and the person who answered Sorry do not remember her name… I called and the person who answered was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to some one else named Claudia, and she in turn was also vey helpful ,and said the lawyer would call me back. The lawyer called me back and He told me what I needed to do. He was very understanding of my situation . I in turn send all the paper work that they needed. I hope they will be able to help me. Don’t waste your time. They were incredibly quick at first and got me over to someone. The attorney seemed very interested for about 2 days then just stopped returning my calls. I called this hotline back and they said they could only give me the one option they originally matched me with and even they couldn’t get through to the attorney. A dud if you ask me.

The worst service, Scammers!! The worst service. They will call you and tell you about a free consultation that is available and after getting your email address and phone number they will give you two things. 1. Based on the information we can not find a attorney who can help you. 2. We can give you another phone number where you can get the help.

I never received a call after my intake… I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.
