I called and the person who answered Sorry do not remember her name… I called and the person who answered was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to some one else named Claudia, and she in turn was also vey helpful ,and said the lawyer would call me back. The lawyer called me back and He told me what I needed to do. He was very understanding of my situation . I in turn send all the paper work that they needed. I hope they will be able to help me. I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo… I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo on September 7, 2018. They were supposed to get me a DR. I haven't heard from them, I've called multiple times only to be able to leave a voicemail, I was able to reach a person the last time I called which was Monday September 22, 2018. I told her I needed to see a DR and that they had promised me they would set up and appointment and I hadn't heard anything. She stated they're working on it and I'd recieve an appointment notification in the mail. It is now September 28, no DR, no return calls from the attorney. When I first talked to Luis he was great and very helpful, he then set me up with a legal assistant, Juan and he is not taking care of me or calling me back.
