I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo… I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo on September 7, 2018. They were supposed to get me a DR. I haven't heard from them, I've called multiple times only to be able to leave a voicemail, I was able to reach a person the last time I called which was Monday September 22, 2018. I told her I needed to see a DR and that they had promised me they would set up and appointment and I hadn't heard anything. She stated they're working on it and I'd recieve an appointment notification in the mail. It is now September 28, no DR, no return calls from the attorney. When I first talked to Luis he was great and very helpful, he then set me up with a legal assistant, Juan and he is not taking care of me or calling me back.

The worst service, Scammers!! The worst service. They will call you and tell you about a free consultation that is available and after getting your email address and phone number they will give you two things. 1. Based on the information we can not find a attorney who can help you. 2. We can give you another phone number where you can get the help.

Don’t waste your time. They were incredibly quick at first and got me over to someone. The attorney seemed very interested for about 2 days then just stopped returning my calls. I called this hotline back and they said they could only give me the one option they originally matched me with and even they couldn’t get through to the attorney. A dud if you ask me.

Confirmed I didn’t have a case I had to answer a bunch of questions with a screener. I kind of knew it would be a waste of my time and it was. Attorney was not helpful in the least. She acted like I wasted her time and I already knew I didn’t have a case but I had some questions to ask about a no-contact, hit-and-run.
