GBConfirmed I didn’t have a case I had to answer a bunch of questions with a screener. I kind of knew it would be a waste of my time and it was. Attorney was not helpful in the least. She acted like I wasted her time and I already knew I didn’t have a case but I had some questions to ask about a no-contact, hit-and-run.

GBDon’t waste your time. They were incredibly quick at first and got me over to someone. The attorney seemed very interested for about 2 days then just stopped returning my calls. I called this hotline back and they said they could only give me the one option they originally matched me with and even they couldn’t get through to the attorney. A dud if you ask me.

GBI never received a call after my intake… I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.

GBThe experience was horrible they didn’t… The experience was horrible they didn’t do what I said they couldn’t complete a simple task so I told them I do not need them and one minute later I had to use my simple task by myself

GBI called and the person who answered Sorry do not remember her name… I called and the person who answered was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to some one else named Claudia, and she in turn was also vey helpful ,and said the lawyer would call me back. The lawyer called me back and He told me what I needed to do. He was very understanding of my situation . I in turn send all the paper work that they needed. I hope they will be able to help me. The Lawyer spoke to me with respect and make me feel that He would try his best on my behalf. Thank you, Carmen L. Akerstrom
