They have second to none customer service, fantastic (great quality and super cute) products, fast shipping with a low free shipping threshold, fun sales, great Facebook community, a cool rewards program, and as if that wasn’t more than enough….they are very generous with donations to various rescues. All in all, I can’t say enough good things. We’ve been customers since nearly the beginning, and we intend to stay customers.

The products are fantastic The products are fantastic, but the customer service is more so. I accidentally ordered the wrong size during my first purchase with Beast and Buckle. I noticed this on my shipping notice, and left a message at customer service. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from one of the owners who quickly corrected the order, and rather than hanging up, he wanted to know about my dog and where we were from. We have been regular customers ever since.

I have been buying Beast&Buckle… I have been buying Beast&Buckle products over the last 2 plus years. I have 3 French Bulldogs 2 of which have IVDD. Their doctors love how they fit them as they do not put unnecessary pressure on their necks. The quality of their products are excellent and their prints are so fun. B&B customer service is hands down the best and easiest to deal with. Always available to answer questions and are always so polite.
