Service is laughable There were several delays in shipping when I ordered. When I finally did get it it was the wrong model. I had to waste a ton of time getting it straight and they didn't seem to know what was going on. Find somewhere else to order from.

rather bad company rather bad company. promised the repairs to be done in 3 weeks max. guess what, I've waited 9 weeks and they kept my terminal as a hostage. Company gives fake promises and then gives you ton of excuses. Advise: Beware!!! Awful service.

Incompetent/ Horrible customer service/ wrong items sent Incompetent, don't waste your time with this company. They sent me the wrong product and are ignoring me about a return or a swap. Fortunately they sent me a product that sells for twice what I ordered, I will sell it myself in that they will no longer respond about swapping or returning the item and purchase the correct item from another supplier.

Incompetent or just stupid? I've been in the POS business for over thirty years and I've never received customer service as bad as this. Un-returned phone calls and emails were the norm, but when they did respond it was just mumbo jumbo and one outright lie. Two and a half months to order a terminal? They even charged my card six weeks ago for equipment they never shipped! I had to open a dispute with Amex to get the charge reversed. I've lost a long-time customer due to their failures. The company is incompetent from the president down to the office staff. Stay far, far away from the these guys!
