USI called and placed a claim for my AC… I called and placed a claim for my AC not working on April 17th. Sent request via email. Could not get any one by phone. After several attempts I was given the correct phone number and hours. Call was then completed on the 18th. On the 24th I received an email saying they could not locate service provider in my area. We have 3 HACV in our town. I called one and he was here they next day and repaired for $135.00. The email said service call is pre-authorized for $385.00 BUT they are taking out $75.00 because I placed a service call. WHAT A RIP OFF. I would not recommend this warranty company at all. My advise try an honest company with a good reputation. They could not help but charged $75.00 because I called!!!

USGreat Company Great Company! Easy to work with. They paid $3,000 to replace my a/c just this month! All I had to do was make the call. They had a guy out the next day! I was leery about these plans but man I am so happy I did it! I even recommended this plan to my mother
