They did the verification call which was quick and easy to schedule. I offer personalized price to my customers based on the options they choose. This was quick and easy to automate with Transaction Cloud's API. I have been using the service for two months and I am very satisfied with their responsiveness, uptime, conversions and payouts.

GBIT RUINED MY BUSINESS I started using Transaction cloud as a business. Business was fine. I deliver digits services via email. There was a customer who didn’t check his email and they went straight to Transaction cloud and asked for a refund. We provided the service delivery with time stamps but Transaction cloud turned off our payment option and suspended our account for 6 months with more than a $1,000 on it. It also made us lose an average of $600 earnings a day and we had to shut down our website and deliver a lot of services for free to compensate other customers.

GB2 years and going strong I have been using Transaction Cloud for last 2 years. I have always found their customer service to be very responsive when I reach out to them. Payouts are as promised, whenever I have questions their team gives me the detail I need. Their software seems very robust, I never had issues with downtime. I like that they keep adding more features. I like the affiliate marketing feature which is no-code. Also, I like the sales tax solution they provide, it saves my business valuable time and reduces headache due to VAT, GST, Sales tax filing in various jurisdictions.
