Helpful assistance I have ordered through JB Books a couple times with quick and accessible links to the reads. My most recent transaction, I didn't receive an email with links to the books. I contacted them and they responded fast and sorted out my ordeal. I really appreciated it!

Quick and easy transaction Quick and easy transaction. Well done customer service providing fast communication to their consumers. Details are readily provided to consumers about their purchases.

great customer service Everytime i try to download it says error try again but it still counts as a download, i haven't been able to download any of them and it already says i used all my downloads. I'm still having trouble downloading some files and not sure why, but the seller has gone above and beyond trying to help, i would still definitely recommend to others to try out their products

Just collecting pic of my wife -
