The order process is very easy and the… The order process is very easy and the turn around time for the items to be shipped is excellent. I had the need to contact customer service and they were both friendly and helpful. Once again the time to get the replacement item shipped was excellent.

I ordered two pairs of earrings I ordered two pairs of earrings. I received one pair. I sent a request for information and possible shipment of the second set of earrings. I was told that I would be sent another pair but as yet have seen nothing. It has-been over a month and should have been sufficient time to have the problem be resolved. I will never use this company again and I will not recommend them to any one.

Sorry to say but I placed an order and… Sorry to say but I placed an order and didn't receive it, was returned to sender by post office and then contacted Maraya's Paws and told that order would be resent out and still have not received my order after almost 2 months... Not good customer service.... Hope to receive order before Christmas...this is a Christmas present 🎁 for a friend.
