It was supposed to be a simple install and activation with a product key. I had all sorts of things going on that did not work. Rebecca was so patient. I thought she would leave but she assured me by saying take your time. Key. Then when I couldn't fix things myself, she had the tech team remote in to my computer (always cautious about that) and work their magic. Thank Boozrey. Ready to use my MS Office.
