Under Billing info I am ask to enter only my First Name (strange) not my full name. Under Additional Information I entered my Full name as it appears on my card. All other information was correct e.g. number, expire date, code on back of card, etc. I don't understand, I tried it several time and keep getting declined. I have plenty on money on the account. I don't think the company is creditable. Not everyone uses Chrome browser, there are others.

I can't install the product I can't install the product. It still says I can't activate Windows. I bought the Pro version. The computer says that I have to install HOME instead for the product key that I have, This was a waste of money. And I'm actually kinda pissed off about this.
