Zumping is cool I love the way you can send physical post to homes, and I just got a first response! Not sure any other app allows me to do that.

Testing the market without commitment I really enjoy the ability to test the market and see who’s interested in my home without the hassle of actually committing to sell. I can even see how many people have looked at it, and other interesting market data stuff. I can see if enough people do this it will easily give way more properties to search from than the other portals
