Do NOT trust these people with your trademark application. IMHO this is a scam outfit. Stay away there are many legit good companies out there that I have used before.

Avoid!!!! Avoid. They want your initial application to be rejected so they can sell you additional services. Much better to hire someone who cares about your application

Complete Rip Off Complete Rip Off. Paid $179 for them to write the documents only for the USTPO to reject them so now I'm out the filing fee twice. Could have done a better job myself.

Can not get in touch with any one. After leaving 2 voicemails, three emails, and using the live chat not a single response or live person. I filled a TM registration and it had been 9 days. They said it would take 3 to 5. I honestly don't believe anyone works there.
