Scam!!! I filed a trademark application on February 26th and even though my payment was drafted and has cleared from my bank account, I have not received an email or response from the company after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. Whenever you call it says that they are helping other customers and to leave a voicemail. No one ever picks up. This is clearly a scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Can not get in touch with any one. After leaving 2 voicemails, three emails, and using the live chat not a single response or live person. I filled a TM registration and it had been 9 days. They said it would take 3 to 5. I honestly don't believe anyone works there.

Legal-Sherpa.com - This company is very poor and not to be trusted This company is very poor. They did not follow through on my trademark but took my money. Do NOT trust these people with your trademark application. IMHO this is a scam outfit. Stay away there are many legit good companies out there that I have used before.
