GBFRAUD - Put these losers out of business WORST to ZERO communication. I filled out my application correctly the first time, and received a notification that my trademark was being processed. for 2 months I didn't hear anything back, until I get an email from them, stating that it wasn't signed correctly (which it was) and wasted 2 months of my time. I then re-sign the documents, as they said there was an "update to the document", to then be sent an email 3 weeks later, saying that it has not been signed correctly. I did this process 4 times, with ZERO human interaction or REAL conversations with anyone. No one replied to my emails, only a robot message, and no one responded to my calls. I paid them $250, and received DELAY after DELAY after DELAY. I asked for my money back, before 30 days, because I could sense something was off. I heard nothing back. Im disputing with my bank, and letting you all know to hire a PROFESSIONAL who actually cares.

GBPoor Customer Service A number of years ago I worked with LegalSherpa to obtain a Trademark. As far as I can remember it was a good experience. Shame on me, I let it lapse. I have called three times, left messages each time, and emailed once looking for help to reinstate the Trademark. There has been zero responses from them. Not sure if I should try again or go somewhere else for help.

GBScam!!! I filed a trademark application on February 26th and even though my payment was drafted and has cleared from my bank account, I have not received an email or response from the company after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. Whenever you call it says that they are helping other customers and to leave a voicemail. No one ever picks up. This is clearly a scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

GBAvoid!!!! Avoid. They want your initial application to be rejected so they can sell you additional services. Much better to hire someone who cares about your application

GBCan not get in touch with any one. After leaving 2 voicemails, three emails, and using the live chat not a single response or live person. I filled a TM registration and it had been 9 days. They said it would take 3 to 5. I honestly don't believe anyone works there.
