Your Customer Service Representative, Mario, was very polite and wanted to make sure he did everything possible to resolve my problem, which he was able to do. I Understand now why your Company has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. GBI wasn't aware of the subscription… I wasn't aware of the subscription charge for the Facebook resources. David @ customer service help me understand the charge. I told him I'm not on Facebook yet. He gladly cancelled and refunded the charge.
