I turned to Palmetto Publishing for…marketing only to be told that "The Market is Saturated." I turned to Palmetto Publishing for marketing reasons. The cost was several thousand to print, market and advertise my book. My book was well received by reviewers. When the process was over with dismal sales, I was told "The market for books is saturated." My first quarterly royalty was $11.89. Do not work with this company unless you have a lot of money to spend and don't need much return on your book.

Palmetto Publishing, best hands down! Palmetto Publishing has been truly not just a well trusted company but it became family. Working with certain ones, new and old, for another year has been great! Always on time, professional, courteous, fun, and definitely sweet. As long as I'm writing books, Palmetto Publishing will always be the one I will go to right off back. Process was almost too smooth I enjoyed working with Allison and Chloe because they pay very close attention to detail and answered all my questions promptly. My book cover was almost like I had envisioned it prior to seeing it that it was eerie. Katie's editing went smoothly and she had left a very detailed editors note that proved she not only edited my transcript, she read it. My descriptions were worded exactly how I presented it. Page layout was great. Chloe explained everything in the process in great detail, never let me wait too long without an update of the process steps. If I write another book, I'm emailing Allison and Chloe directly to sign up. It's not that I won't work with anyone else, I just don't want to work with anyone else. Customer service was outstanding! I haven't seen the book in printed form yet but I'm positive that will be outstanding as well. I can't see either Allison or Chloe let anything slip by that wasn't first rate.
