I ordered two sets of books and was devastated when they were not delivered to my porch as I expected. Porch pirate, anyone?? The company immediately sent replacements for my books ... and then I discovered that my account was set up with an old address!!! I was mortified ... the error was mine, but their Customer Service department could not have been more gracious and kind. I cannot sing their praises highly enough ... thank you St. Stephens Books!
