I listen while painting and it’s a perfect combination of activities. I also appreciate that your site shows if I’ve already heard an audiobook. Good selection of books Good selection of books. Very reasonably priced, especially if you are just looking for a light read. Never any problems with the audio of the books. You are able to store the books you’ve listened to off your device. I have been using Chirp for my listening experience for several years now. Never encountered any problems. I get offers on the genres of books I enjoy via email but can easily change up what I read on their app.

As an avid audio books “reader” (averaging a couple of books a week), it’s important for me to have access to affordable books that appeal to my interests and that is what Chirp provides. I also appreciate that I can listen to a preview of the book since the narrator can make a book or break it for me.

Inconsistent connection to Bluetooth in the car I listen to books only in my car. About 75% of the time, I had to reboot my phone to get the app to connect to my car's Bluetooth. I asked chirp about it. They advised to uninstall and re-install the app. This did not stop the problem. Because I was having to restart my phone so oftem, I decided it was too much of a hassle and stopped using it.
