I talked to Careem yesterday... he did a great job. I talked to Careem yesterday and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He did not immediately know the answer to my questions, but he told me he would check with the support group. He did so, and emailed me within 5 or 10 minutes of our conversation. I appreciated his help and his attitude.

Awesome Tech Support With Updated Features Andrew is extremely fast and effective tech support. He's a true asset to Traders Agency as they rolled out a new and very helpful improvement. Even with how-to videos, I was not sure if I followed directions correctly. I am so thankful to get a real person who is understanding and supportive. I am loving the improvements too.
