USAmazing Customer Service The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The big stand out in the whole experience was the customer service. They were very communicative and helpful. I purchased a collector's edition of a video game that included early access. They offered to open my game and send me a picture of the download code so I could play the game while the package was in transit. I then had a question because they told me that the package was shipped but USPS said they were still waiting on the package. Someone got to me after hours to help look into it and reassure me the package was on the way. Providing the product in a timely manner in the condition advertised is one thing, but they went above and beyond to make the whole experience a pleasure.
