Crappy Customer Service So ordering was easy, it arrived quickly, but the items arrived damaged. When I contacted them about. Replacement it took an entire week for them to even decide to send me a refund at least 4 emails in that week trying to figure something out. So I told them that because of their awful customer service I would like a replacement and a refund. I also asked for a paid postage label to return the damaged set in which they told me that they don’t supply a paid postage. I should not have to pay to make a return. I will not be purchasing from them again!!

Great pricing on the books Great pricing on the books! I have a suggestion though. When I am exploring new books for my child to read, and I am unfamiliar with the book or series, it would be nice to show a sample page, to view if they at the right level for my reader. Young chapter books with more pictures, less pictures, no pictures? I couldn’t tell.
