Never received the items purchased and… Never received the items purchased and communication with seller was almost non existent. Items purchased were a Christmas gift and were not delivered. Apparently the shipping label was created so it appeared to be legit but then was never shipped. Over two weeks before I ever got an initial response. Replied that I would like a refund but no response after that.

Crappy Customer Service So ordering was easy, it arrived quickly, but the items arrived damaged. When I contacted them about. Replacement it took an entire week for them to even decide to send me a refund at least 4 emails in that week trying to figure something out. So I told them that because of their awful customer service I would like a replacement and a refund. I also asked for a paid postage label to return the damaged set in which they told me that they don’t supply a paid postage. I should not have to pay to make a return. I will not be purchasing from them again!!

A Great Gift I ordered this book set as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Ordering was easy and straightforward, the books arrived quickly, and they are exactly what I wanted. I’m looking forward to giving this book set to my granddaughter this weekend.
