Company made me pay for their mistake I received books that were not as described (new version vs original version). I tried to return and company refused to accept their mistake and made me pay for the return shipping. I will never purchase from this retailer ever again. ThriftBooks, AbeBooks, SecondSale are all way better to word with.

2 year old loves Received very quickly and books and box are in perfect condition. I was curious if the dimension of the books because this series has multiple sizes but am pleased with size. Would call it a “medium” Priddy book.

Crappy Customer Service So ordering was easy, it arrived quickly, but the items arrived damaged. When I contacted them about. Replacement it took an entire week for them to even decide to send me a refund at least 4 emails in that week trying to figure something out. So I told them that because of their awful customer service I would like a replacement and a refund. I also asked for a paid postage label to return the damaged set in which they told me that they don’t supply a paid postage. I should not have to pay to make a return. I will not be purchasing from them again!!

Shipped from Amazon I chose to order from Just Kids Books to avoid Amazon. By doing so, I gave up gift card and wrap options and paid slightly more. The books shipped from Amazon, so my sacrifice was for naught and I unknowingly supported the company I am trying to avoid.
