GBFollow to "PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" This is follow up to my earlier review titled "PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" - this company promised me a refund for the order I described in my first review. I was told the refund would be sent to the credit card account used to place the order, and to allow two billing cycles for it to be received. FOUR MONTHS LATER...no refund has been issued to my account. USE CAUTION DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

GBTHE KIDS LOVE "ASK". The magazines came as promised and the kids absolutely love them. As a Grandma, I like to see them excited, reading and learning about the world in a fun way.

GBI never received my magazines!!! I never received my magazines!!!! When I can find a moment I will be canceling all subscriptions as I have never received any. I paid at the beginning of January.

CAWe love all of the magazines we have… We love all of the magazines we have read from Cricket Media: Babybug, Ladybug, Click, Spider and Ask. Always excellent quality and diverse material. I would appreciate more LGBTQ content (ie two dads, two moms, non-binary) to show the true diversity of the world. Other than that, excellent work!

GBSo long before the magazines arrived It took so long for the magazines to arrive. I knew it would be a couple of months, but 16+ weeks... I was wondering if my order had actually been processed. Also, receiving an email urging me to extend one of the subscriptions before receiving the first issue... That was tacky, to say the least.
