They don't correct the things you ask them too after telling them over and over. they kept trying to upsale things, and at the very end are trying to get me to pay another 1,000 for the isbn numbers and Amazon optimization. which I believe should've not been a hidden cost by any means. they don't tell you nothing is included in your package until you need to move to the next step. I'm not even finishing my book with them and will keep the illustrations they made for me to look at what could've been but i've been strung along for almost a full year for this project to not being done yet. very disappointed and next time will do more research into who is helping me so I don't lose out of 2100 dollars.

Scam They talk and talk and talk but do not follow through. They promise you transparency, honesty, accountability, and do not follow through. They will not communicate with you. Message after message and no responce. If they know for a fact no more money is coming there way, then you are not going to get any help. You are not going to get what they said they would do. You are done. You paid the money, but you get no accountability for that money. You get no accountability for the advertising they said they would provide. You do not get the books that they said they would send you. You are left with a phone that cannot reach them.
