GBSlow, But They Delivered My original review was very angry; this is an update. After a week of daily support requests and no response, I DID get my store and it looks great. I'm now working with their marketing team to complete the launch, since I'm getting back into school and don't have time do do it myself now. The moral of the story, I guess, is to allow lots of extra time, but they'll deliver what they promise. Will update again after launch completion.

GBBuyer Beware Purchased Vex Development to build my store late November- Early December received my order so I decided to purchase the branding marketing launch for $729 I did not hear back for days and they did not deliver on the expected due date. So I called my bank and they gladly got my money back. A few days later I got a nasty email from this company trying to threaten me in giving them my money for a service not delivered. And saying they planned taking me to small claims. If you wasted your money and haven’t heard back contact your bank.

GBGreat experience! I’ve had a great experience with the Vex Development team so far. I’m about a week in to my Shopify journey, thanks to the help from the Vex Development team in getting a great-looking store up and running for me. I also appreciate the response timing and sticking to the exact schedule/timeline provided on when the store would be ready. Highly recommend!

GBNo response after only receiving half of what I ordered. I ordered a full store and branded marketing from Vex based off a friend having a very good experience with them, this was on February 5th. 3 weeks later they delivered the website and no communication about the branded marketing launch. I tried to email them right away asking about the marketing and got no response. I have since been emailing them every couple of days and have had no communication back. After paying an extra $900 for the branded marketing launch I expected to at least get some form of communication from them not complete silence.

GBNo store, no help, no refund They will steal your money. Waited 2 weeks for the store when they said 9 days. Then couldn’t log into the store and kept emailing them for help, they just kept telling me to “try again” , after a month of not being able to use anything , I wanted my money back , via their refund policy which states if the store has technical issues and has not been fully delivered, I could qualify for a refund, I let them know that twice and never got an answer back! Don’t even waste your time these people aren’t serious.
