100% worth the investment I have done plenty of research on finding a built for you drop shipping store. Every other option required way more work than I had the time for. I found Vex, and when I say my jaw dropped when I opened my website, it hit the floor. It was professionally designed, easy to access, and even easier to launch. This was worth the investment. I received my store I received my store, but I paid for marketing, too. I have been trying to reach them but have received no reply, and neither they nor I have any phone numbers to contact. They hardly provided any instruction on how to run and I had to spend more money on things that they never included I feel like I wasted my time and money.

No response after only receiving half of what I ordered. I ordered a full store and branded marketing from Vex based off a friend having a very good experience with them, this was on February 5th. 3 weeks later they delivered the website and no communication about the branded marketing launch. I tried to email them right away asking about the marketing and got no response. I have since been emailing them every couple of days and have had no communication back. After paying an extra $900 for the branded marketing launch I expected to at least get some form of communication from them not complete silence.

It took forever for anyone to reach out to me; after they completed part of the order they asked me to fund my ads account which I did within hours of receiving the the email requesting me to do so. Since then, which has been about a month and several emails later and I’ve heard nothing!
