The store purchase went great The store purchase went great. Went so well that I purchased the branded marketing launch which I paid almost $800 for. It took forever for anyone to reach out to me; after they completed part of the order they asked me to fund my ads account which I did within hours of receiving the the email requesting me to do so. Since then, which has been about a month and several emails later and I’ve heard nothing!

Okay The store itself is functional. Not great communication on their end. Took 5 days longer than I was told and was not contacted about why it was late. Ran my ads and got a lot of traffic but no sales and only 1 add to cart. If you buy, then you need to have realistic expectations. Landing page is fairly basic. Pictures and Ads were pretty good.

Good production My store was delivered in an about 10 days. Communication was good. Everything in my store was set up and ready to go. All I had to do was set up my Shopify plan and buy a domain. Overall good experience.

Buyer Beware Purchased Vex Development to build my store late November- Early December received my order so I decided to purchase the branding marketing launch for $729 I did not hear back for days and they did not deliver on the expected due date. So I called my bank and they gladly got my money back. A few days later I got a nasty email from this company trying to threaten me in giving them my money for a service not delivered. And saying they planned taking me to small claims. If you wasted your money and haven’t heard back contact your bank.

Slow, But They Delivered My original review was very angry; this is an update. After a week of daily support requests and no response, I DID get my store and it looks great. I'm now working with their marketing team to complete the launch, since I'm getting back into school and don't have time do do it myself now. The moral of the story, I guess, is to allow lots of extra time, but they'll deliver what they promise. Will update again after launch completion.
