Slow, But They Delivered My original review was very angry; this is an update. After a week of daily support requests and no response, I DID get my store and it looks great. I'm now working with their marketing team to complete the launch, since I'm getting back into school and don't have time do do it myself now. The moral of the story, I guess, is to allow lots of extra time, but they'll deliver what they promise. Will update again after launch completion.

Great experience! I’ve had a great experience with the Vex Development team so far. I’m about a week in to my Shopify journey, thanks to the help from the Vex Development team in getting a great-looking store up and running for me. I also appreciate the response timing and sticking to the exact schedule/timeline provided on when the store would be ready. Highly recommend!

Not bad at all, but with a few suggestions Placed my order for the store on OCT 21, and got my store on Nov 3rd. The quality is there for sure, the store looks great. SO! I decided to go with the Branded Marketing Launch ( NOV 4) and I got that semi completed on NOV 30th and I understand that takes time. I'd recommend a little better follow up, maybe once a week to let people know you haven't forgotten and are still working on their orders. Now im just waiting on someone to respond to my email about the ad campaigns. Better communication will bump this to a 4 or 5 pending results.
