GBNo store, no help, no refund They will steal your money. Waited 2 weeks for the store when they said 9 days. Then couldn’t log into the store and kept emailing them for help, they just kept telling me to “try again” , after a month of not being able to use anything , I wanted my money back , via their refund policy which states if the store has technical issues and has not been fully delivered, I could qualify for a refund, I let them know that twice and never got an answer back! Don’t even waste your time these people aren’t serious.

GBI love the experience so far with VEX I love the experience so far with VEX! They have been extremely helpful and trustworthy. So far, no big issues have occurred. I am excited to get on with my new Shopify store.

GBNo response after only receiving half of what I ordered. I ordered a full store and branded marketing from Vex based off a friend having a very good experience with them, this was on February 5th. 3 weeks later they delivered the website and no communication about the branded marketing launch. I tried to email them right away asking about the marketing and got no response. I have since been emailing them every couple of days and have had no communication back. After paying an extra $900 for the branded marketing launch I expected to at least get some form of communication from them not complete silence.

GBOkay The store itself is functional. Not great communication on their end. Took 5 days longer than I was told and was not contacted about why it was late. Ran my ads and got a lot of traffic but no sales and only 1 add to cart. If you buy, then you need to have realistic expectations. Landing page is fairly basic. Pictures and Ads were pretty good.
