Excellent Indexing Partner I really appreciate Indexbusters responsiveness, professionalism, pricing, and quality. With thanks to Balsa for making this part of the publishing process easy and efficient, and for finishing the Index professionally and by the date it was promised. Reliability is much appreciated, and we will use you again.

Professional, Thorough and Timely Balsa and the team did a great job creating the index for my book. As a vocational manual that incorporates a lot of trade-specific terms, I was a little concerned that some important notations would get lost. But they didn't miss a single reference. Not only that, they accommodated my request to complete the indexing a day earlier than originally agreed upon. I highly suggest working with them.

What a great experience using Indexbusters! I used Indexbusters for my second book and I wish I had used them for my first! Their contact was immediate and their work was professional and done within the time frame they provided. I had some questions at first as this was my first time using them, and they were all answered fully and immediately. Their pricing was fair and it couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommended!

I'm happy I was reluctant at first due to my book 'The World's Biggest Lie a Trial for Truth' being controversial and Indexbusters having a possible bias against my anti-religion, anti propaganda, and pro science and evidence stand, and cautious of paying in advance for something that may not work out well. They've done an excellent job, and had to somewhat digest the book in order to create the index as well as they did because connecting words to various sections of the book by content meaning alone takes comprehention. They were more than willing to add things I wanted also which were very few as they pretty much got it all. I'm happy with the results and feel lucky to have stumbled onto them in a short search for this service. Andrew J. McQuinn

Quality content, responsive and timely turnaround Balsa was a great rep — responsive, clear, and patient with me and my client (index newbies) when we didn't understand certain aspects of the process. Our project wasn't an easy one. It was a 600-page academic memoir with lots of names, places, ideas, themes and projects to be organized and prioritized, and Indexbusters did a thorough and timely job in making our book more accessible for readers.
