I was worried about how much it would… I was worried about how much it would cost to publish my book, but American Book Publisher wasn't too expensive. Publishing Publishing, editing, cover design is excellent. My editor went out oh his way to publish the book I want. Mike Bellingham is a superstar who went out of his way to make my dream a reality. Marketing costs are another matter. Excessive. But they are willing to work w a retired teacher. Cost is hefty.
