Poor Experience Order # 220611-3 Sent three textbooks through USPS. Shipping tracking never shows that they arrived. Heard nothing. Checked in 4 weeks later and was told the books were damaged in transit, could not be accepted, and were mailed back. Nearly 4 weeks later and have never received the books. Messaged them again and have not heard back. Did they steal them? Maybe. What are the odds the package is damaged on the way there and then lost on the way back?
