Beware - Do not sell them your textbooks. I recently sold a book to them that I had a concern with. Their webpage indicated that the book in question was a paperback and not a loose-leaf edition that I had. I called their customer service line and was assured so long as the ISBN number matched, there would be no problems. A few days later I received about 25% of what I was expecting and was told that the sale was rejected since it was not a paperback edition. I messaged them to cancel the sale and request my book to be shipped back but its been 2 weeks and their customer service are not helpful in resolving this issue.
