Good to work with During the audiobook process, Mark WIlliams served as an attentive and capable liaison with the audio team. As unforeseen problems arose, solutions were quickly found. There were times of miscommunication with the audio team, hence, not a "perfect" rating, but the outcome was good and my trust was never broken. The financial dealings were also transparent and well accounted for. A long process, but a good one - necessary to create a good product.

I do feel that their company name is misleading because they are not THE AMAZON. It says so on their website, but I missed that. However, they did do a good job with their blogs, optimizated my website, and gave me a good presentation on Google. Roger was respectful at all times, which I appreciated. Their services are a little pricey, but they'll work with you on payments.
