Contract is a lie! Adept Ghostwriting's refund policy is dishonest in its contract. The contract specifies a full refund if the writer isn't satisfied with the work, but Adept doesn't give the refund when a writer is unhappy with the work. I had this experience with Adept and had to dispute the payment. My bank denied the disputed money because Adept's bank has a policy of only refunding money if the payment is disputed less than one hour of the payment being made. So Adept's contract is a lie. Don't believe it.
