Excellent customer service by James Perez - you email, they answer right away, you call they pick up the phone. Their company provides fantastic support, as well as affordable and extremely effective advertising packages. This is a company that invests in the success of their authors. DKKafka's hell Kafka's hell! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. You will spend hours listening to idiotic music as you are trying to get out of Audible hell. Then after finally getting a real human voice (a really lovely young girl that helped me and told me, that I was out of Audible hell) you think you are saved. You are not. Audible still just tells you that you owe them money. If I could, I would like to give Audible minus stars.

GBA super streamlined process of getting. A super streamlined process of getting a book published. Amazon2Audible Highly recommended. The project manager Alexander N was courteous and kind the whole way through. A word of caution: the Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account you use to publish with them will be accessed by the project manager to get the materials onto Amazon. No shady business, but this does require a password, so use a throwaway, and change it to something else afterwards.
