I never quite knew whether the difficulties I experienced (long gaps waiting for next chapters to review for approval, lack of responses to questions, and a few technical difficulties accessing editing) were 'normal for book processing' or just inefficiency. I can say the project came alive when Zayn Kassem took over as Project manager. Thanks to his timely responses, clear advice/suggestions, and prompt actions, my book is now available on Amazon/Kindle! Would I use Amazon2Audible again? Yes, I think I would.

I do not remember the exact dates, however, I do so very much look forward to working with Amazon2Audible again!

The project manager Alexander N was courteous and kind the whole way through. A word of caution: the Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account you use to publish with them will be accessed by the project manager to get the materials onto Amazon. No shady business, but this does require a password, so use a throwaway, and change it to something else afterwards.
