The publishing team who cares and delivers. I am writing to thank the Amazon Book Publications team headed up by Ryan Hall and project manager, Eric Payne. With my 75th birthday approaching I wanted to publish a book I could give to my family and friends. Amazon Book Publications made that possible and easy. I wrote and illustrated several Children's Books I wrote and illustrated several children's picture books, and contacted Amazon about creating some promotion for my book….. "Christmas from the Stars"...but didn't know what to expect…. I soon found out!! Zachery and his team did a FANTASTIC JOB!!, creating a Magical Presentation of my story….and using some of the images from the book. They worked quickly, and were very attentive and open to my suggestions! I will definitely use them again for future work that I have in progress!…..and Highly Recommend Them to Everyone! Great Teamwork This was my first experience writing a book and I can't say enough about Amazon Book Publications. From start to finish, the team guided me with expertise, care and they had an honest interest in creating the best experience for me. I had an idea of what I wanted the book cover to look like and when I received a mock up of the cover, I was amazed at how they captured my vision perfectly. It was exactly what I'd requested.

The process of self publishing through Amazon Publishing The process of self publishing through Amazon Publishing was a very good experience and hope to use them again, when my next novel is completed. I would have given 5 stars had there not been a glitch with the tech team on getting my holiday novel live on Amazon in a more timely manner. Five stars to my project manager, James, five stars to the art/design department/ five stars to the ads and diligence in posting them, and five stars to the editing team.
