This company is a scam. This company is a scam. No, they are not a real company. They have created fake reviews and are not even located in Los Angeles. They are based out of India. I believe that someone in America has created the company and is sourcing out publishing services in India that are not legit or even speak proper English. They are very clever about it. You will receive an email that is in proper format and English from a Noah Wilson or Rose Williams; simultaneously, you will receive an entirely different email asking you the same questions or giving you an entirely different response with broken English. I only wanted my book to be printed and they couldn't even do that. They didn't even understand the simple book terminology and it seemed as though I was speaking to two different versions of Noah Wilson and other people there. They are NOT a legit company. If at best, they probably will start using Chat GPT or Claude to provide you some half-ass product without even editing it. Trust me, they are a fake company.

Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices This Company promises a 100% Money-back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction. I informed them I was dissatisfied and requested a full refund. They refused to honor the agreement. After doing so, they violated the Non-disclosure agreement by posting a Halloween picture of my book sitting in a graveyard with tombstones all around and a hand coming up from the ground as if it was pulling the book (a book about Christianity) into a grave. When I called Jordan Francis on it, he insincerely apologized. However, the amount of damage cannot be determined since it was posted before Halloween and was not discovered until a week into November. Jordan later offered a 40% reimbursement because I threatened to file a claim with Public Inquiry Unit Office of the Attorney General, P.O. Box 944255, Sacramento, CA 94244-2550. I refused because 40% is a long way from 100%. Especially since not even half the promises were even started. I strongly recommend NOT using Professional Writers Help, and if you have already, and they are not honoring the services you agreed upon, you should file a complaint. They are currently under investigation, and I am waiting to hear the results.
