Zach was the Writing Consultant I had my FREE CONSULTATION with, which gave me clarity into the process. He was a great listener and offered me multiple options for my goal. The process was very easy. He gave outstanding customer service and answered all my questions. At first I was skeptical even though I chatted with Ryan, (who was great) but because I have been scammed in the past by other ghostwriting agencies pretending to be Americans. I then voiced my concerns since everything is done online and Zach was so accommodating in setting up a zoom meeting and reassured me that this is a legitimate agency. They are based out of Dallas, Tx which I love, considering competitors I’ve spoken to operate overseas. I wanted my book to have that American lingo that is relatable and universal in my genre. Sean was my writing consultant who gave me a warm welcome and genuinely listened to me. He asked me why I wanted to write a book and what my expectations are in this journey. Once he understood my goal, he then consulted me on the steps needed to achieve my goal. Next, he walked me through their process which was simple and transparent. I didn’t make any decision on the call and asked to take a few days to think about it. I want to start by pointing out I have not purchased anything from Maxwell Ghostwriting YET, but my free consultation was so informative that it gave me clarity into what I need for my book.
