Lack of Communication There was a complete lack of communication between the initial chat on the website and the actual team I worked with. The service I signed up for wasn't delivered and then it was a long battle to be refunded. Emails were ignored by Writercosmos and then return phone calls were not made despite them promising they would. I finally went through their chat feature on the site and was told my refund was now being processed. Not a pleasant experience

How to survive self-publishing with lots of help Hi, My name is Nancy Firko I've just finished publishing my first book. I got ahold of Writer's Cosmos and they were fabulous. I talked to Veronica who put me in touch with my Project Manager, Nathan. They did everything for me. They are amazing people.They have a Sr. Manager there, Steve who also helped and I am thrilled to death with the whole project. If I make another book, I will surely get in touch with them. I love you guys, you're fantastic, thank you.

I worked with Derek and my experience… I worked with Derek and my experience with WC has been super amazing. Everyone on the team is really nice and super patient making sure that things were done right. Definitely will use them again if I publish another book in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Update to my first review I mentioned in my first review that I would write again upon completion and publishing of my book. I initially worked with Vincent then Harry joined the team. Both of them had excellent communication skills and kept everything going smoothly. Were there wrinkles? Yes, there is no such thing as perfection...but that was to be expected and they bent over backwards to get done what I requested. I am very happy with the outcome and they have started to work on marketing along with a third team member, Janet, with their excellent skills. I am so happy to have a successful outcome!
